Our team structure is built around a small core staff both in Nigeria and in the US as well as interns and volunteers who work with us on a regular basis.
The US team is focused on building and connecting the Nigerian Diaspora to stay actively involved and engaged in Nigerian development, because at LEAD Nigeria, we believe that the Nigerian Diaspora has an enormous amount of resources, opportunities and potentials which when strategically harnessed can be successfully invested towards the economic growth of our nation
The Nigerian teams is focused on maintaining all LEAD Nigeria grassroots projects in Nigeria as well as organize various programs in partnership with local groups and organizations.
