The LEAD Nigeria Exchange program provides a unique opportunity for Nigerian professionals, youth leaders, business leaders, nonprofit leaders and members of government to participate in a 2-4 weeks long intensive, thought-provoking, educational and leadership training program geared towards enhancing leadership capabilities, professional development, project management, networking and mentorship.
The LEAD Nigeria Exchange Program is specifically designed to:
- Connect committed Nigerian professionals with opportunities, knowledge, resources and partnerships to promote engagement and development within their local communities
- Strengthen the commitment of the Nigerian leaders to youth empowerment and development through mentoring and networking between Diaspora’s and Nigerian based organizational leaders
- Promote Increased Nigerian youth participation in leadership building, skills acquisition, good governance and empowerment initiatives with UN programs, its agencies and other NGO affiliates to address social change campaigns in Nigeria
We partner with reputable institutions in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom in providing certificate programs on non-profit management, Leadership, Peace building and conflict resolution, business, government affairs, media and more with mentorship and internship opportunities during the program duration.
